Then we'll have some brilliant recommendations on averting our gaze in the name of Cultural Safety and we'll all feel better.

The effect of this will be the rise of Antisemitism given that many groups have lobbied to have Jewishness rendered synonymous with Israel. As more organisations (and EU nations) allow for this definition, the more free expression is curtailed and resentment towards the groups having cobbled together such Orwellian "rules" which were decided by, paradoxically, the chosen.
